How do you get a video that you took on your iPod touch on to your computer? I have an 4g iPod touch and a Toshiba laptop I’m trying to send it to. I trying emailing and that did not work. Help?

So I recently connected my IPhone 3GS into my computar and the usual thing happened, iTunes popped up and started syncing my phone. I left my phone alone for a but and when I came back all my apps and music had been erased. Also automatically installed iCloud and deleted my ‘calendar’ and ‘iPod’ and replaced it with ‘reminders’ and ‘music’. This update is really annoying as I had 7 pages of apps and lots if music that was deleted without my permission. Has anyone else experienced this??

I want to be able to use my iPod on two computers but whenever I plug it in I can’t sync it. I only have like 20 songs out of 500 that are actually from iTunes so but I set the setting to manual sync. I want to sync this cd i have but it will only let me "transfer purchases from iPod" So my question is that if I click that will it make the rest of my music disappear and if not will it JUST sync what I checked it off to sync? I really don’t want to erase everything on my iPod seeing as 500 songs is a lot to retrieve….if it makes any difference I have an iPod nano 4th generation.
