His birthday is coming up, and I was thinking of getting him a pair of earphones. I found a pair–they’re pretty big, and they look like the black ones in this picture:

I think they’re cool, but the problem is that they’re really big, but is that really problem? Also, this guy already has a pair of earbuds, but would it be a bad idea to get him another pair?

Maybe you could ask him what he want’s (if it’s his birthday) If not, get him something like for example: I really like twilight, so I liked this twilight calender my mom got me. Lot of grey area here, but I guess it depends what he likes. I’m a bassist, so I love the buds that can really rock my eardrums to their core. Extra pairs couldn’t hurt, and if he doesn’t have any of the oversized ones, then I find those to last longer than a legit ‘bud.’ That said, the guy has to want them. Does he listen to music alot? Does he like music that pushes the ranges (like I said, I like a booming bass, some like really loud)? These can be a great present, but only if he’s the kind of guy that’ll use them.

Okay, so I am a pretty professional cake decorator, but most of the time I become unorganized because I don’t have a solid plan down. I need a professional, PROFESSIONAL, app for an iPod touch, or a website that you can layout your cake on. For example: like on Cake Boss or other cake shows on TLC where they have a nice plan. i hacked my ipod touch by some company called green some =thing i think but anyway when i turn my ipod on all i see is the apple and i keep seeing it and it keeps reloading how can i restore it

Plug it into your computer, open up itunes, click on your ipod, and click restore!

I know from experience with my iPhone that you definitely can’t let the battery run all the way down!

It acts like your computer can’t recognize it enough to know how to charge it and all it does is show the dreaded "apple".

I kept plugging and unplugging it and re-booting my system with it plugged in and once it FINALLY got about a 2 or 3% charge everything was fine.

My best advice, which you already know by now is don’t ever let your battery run all the way down.

Secondly, I believe (if you have it charged up some) you can simply open iTunes and select your device and then "restore".

Also, you can get to Cydia, which is like the App Store but without all the restrictions on what apps are allowed and such.

The downsides are that it voids your warranty, could possibly brick the iPod (indefinitely freeze it, pretty much), and cause glitches.

What carrier? Did you want a physical keyboard or a touch screen? BB’s have slots for removable memory and you’re not enslaved to iTunes. Does your budget include the data plan? There’s more than one model of iPhone or BB. Try reading the user reviews for each on the carrier’s site.

welll so i lost my ipod touch at a hospital on the bad side of town… likely that someone stole it….

anyway so i had backup, an old ipod nano 3g… so i synced most of my songs from my ipod touch to the nano….

so i messed around with my old ipod, and found a lock kind of thing…. thinking i could go back to le main menu i hit the menu button… so i had to unlock the password… i guessed at what i could have come up with when i had it years ago…. and all the passwords i thought of didn’t work (

is there anyway to kind of, well ‘hack’ into my ipod and figure out the password asap?? i wanna download more songs but i can’t and i can still listen to music but i can’t skip to the next song or turn the volume up or down…. and i had when my music is too loud

any suggestions as to try and figure the password to unlock my old ipod??
