So I recently connected my IPhone 3GS into my computar and the usual thing happened, iTunes popped up and started syncing my phone. I left my phone alone for a but and when I came back all my apps and music had been erased. Also automatically installed iCloud and deleted my ‘calendar’ and ‘iPod’ and replaced it with ‘reminders’ and ‘music’. This update is really annoying as I had 7 pages of apps and lots if music that was deleted without my permission. Has anyone else experienced this??

Cons: My parents say it is for little kids and need solid evidence it is a good idea to even let me get it. Pokemon (besides the pokedex 3d and rumble blast which look boring) hasn’t been announced. I have $400, but it could dent into that… Wouldn’t do it with friends, they would laugh, 99.9% of kids at my scholl would deny it and laugh. (DO NOT GIVE ME SOME ADVERTISEMENT TO BUY A PSP OR SOMETHING ELSE. I WANT A 3DS OR NO 3DS.) Sorry about the shouting, but plenty of people tell me to buy something else. I work at a call center. I can promise you, there are plenty of people in 20′s (and above) who bring a 3DS to work.
Zelda (in particular) is aimed at people my age. Keep in mind, when OOT was release for the N64, you weren’t even born. So a lot people who played it, when they were your age want to play the re-imagined version now.
There are a few good games that are out right now (Star Fox, Zelda, Mario and Mario Kart) with a TON of great games coming out this year (Kid Icarus and Resident Evil).
Yes, the 3DS got off to a rough start, but the price is cheaper, and good games are out now.

You should get the 3DS.
Because you can play music (even with the system close).
You can LOWER the VOLUME of 3D so it does NOT give you headaches for the first time in your life (if you’re the kind of person to ever get headaches from 3D, otherwise just turn the 3D all the way up).
And you can also turn the 3D OFF Completely.

Question: Locked IPod, what would happen if i tried every combination?
Hi. I was given an IPod touch by a friend, but I later found out that it was locked! I tried some common passwords but none of them worked. After a couple tries it said that IPod was disabled for a minute or so. Then I tried it again and I still don’t know the combination. SO, i know this is stupid but what if I just tried every single combination possible and see which one works? Please don’t give me any alternate options I’ve tried them all (definitely not restore!). I’m just wondering, since I’ll be trying so many different combinations what would happen? Would the IPod never work again after so many tries, disabled, or what? Please help!

But, some apps don’t work on 2g, and there’s no way you can upgrade it.. Just get a new iPod, if you’re that desperate to have those apps.

Most apps are 5.0.1 compatible only. Or just 4.3.x and up. The ipod touch 2g got left behind for updates. Last firmware is 4.2.1.

Okay so my iphone 4 has like a billion apps synced to it on the apps store. But I don’t want ANY OF THEM. So I tried to delete my itunes account and create another one, but when I hit the "delete account" button on my iphone all the apps were still in the apps store. I downloaded all of these apps from my ipod a long time ago. I don’t want them showing up. How can I get rid of them??? PLEASE HELP!!!
