I think you mean how to turn it back on after its turned off. You have link it up to itunes as it would show on the screen. Other than that to reboot it get sb settings from cydia. If you want to re-jailbreak you need to restore. Also have the firmware you want saved to a file else itunes will put your ipod on latest firmware. Making it hard to downgrade.
